Planar Dual Monitor Stand

This is a review of the Planar Dual Monitor Stand. I have put this review together in hopes to assist my readers in making simple money wise decisions when purchasing items they have taken an interest in. I do hope that you find this review of the planar dual monitor stand informative and helpful.

This Is How It All Began

After purchasing a new LG LCD monitor to go along with my old LCD monitor, I decided to purchase a new stand for both of them. I had doubts about the planar dual monitor stand since most monitor stands I saw were from another manufacturer and more expensive. With that in mind it’s only fair to say that I have 3 other stands from other manufacturers and they are quite fragile and not very stable, even though, that they are more expensive than this one. One of them had loosened screws and it almost broke my old Philips LCD Monitor, so I couldn’t take risks. I searched the internet for a good monitor and after seeing good reviews and consulting a friend who’s an engineer, I chose to purchase the planar dual monitor stand.

First Impression

The planar dual monitor stand is very easy to assemble and is a very clearly designed product. It took me about 5 minutes to put it together (well 8 minutes if you include the toilet brake) and after running some weight tests on it, the planar dual monitor stand proved to be a ‘pretty sturdy stand’ (I had to say that, it sounds so cool!) I put my 2 screens on it (2 Dell 24 Widescreens) and it looked just great and, kinda made me feel like “The Warlock” from Die Hard 4 (played by Kevin Smith)

My Conclusion

All in all, I think that the planar dual monitor stand is a pretty genuine product. If you want my honest opinion, I would say that when it comes to stuff such as Monitor stands, there are basically 2 categories: “good stands vs. shitty stands” and this stand is a good stand. Some people said that it took them 15 minutes to adjust it to the monitors themselves but, personally I haven’t found any difficulties while doing so. That’s all folks; I hope that you enjoyed my review!
